use
Step 1 : dilute 1 stick in a large glass of water, and mix until completely dissolved, drink in one go, during the first 10 days.
Step 2: After the Keratin Express treatment, take 2 capsules per day of Keratin strong 1000mg, during the meal with a large glass of water, for the next 40 days.
